We were driving through town, on our way to a funeral out-of-state and hit something on the beltway. Just Tires worked quickly to get us back on the road so we wouldn't miss the funeral. After a half hour, we realized that the same tire was flat again. We determined that the rim had a hole so the new tire went flat shortly after we had it replaced by Just Tires. We had to cancel our trip and purchase a new rim and a new tire (because first one had been ruined by riding on it flat) but the manager refunded our money for the first tire once he was informed of the problem. Three stars because they worked quickly to get us back on the road and refunded our money but they should have realized that the rim had a hole when they replaced the tire. We feel fortunate we weren't injured with two flat tires on the beltway in one day!
