Jamestowne/Williston Apartments and Townhomes

I moved here about 2weeks ago and was excited. Things were addressed at my visit to my unit about 4days before I got my keys. Still have not been addressed as they said would be, AC doesn't work properly and I've left messages that have gone unanswered. Oven needs to be fixed, screens are needed for the rest of my windows. 90°, small kids with asthma and yet I can't keep them cool in this clearly overpriced unit. I'm already looking for places move. Customer Service was excellent but that was it. Phones are bearly answered so you have to leave a message. I'm checking to see if anything can be done about these conditions beyond the management company, never know who they renting to do they should provide what they advertise. And if i have to spend extra money to provide what they are suppose to provide then where does that leave us? I haven't even been here a month yet.I'm sure I'll get the same computer generated message everyone has gotten, but I will provide a update.
