Do not trust this business! I used Mountainside Bike Tours to plan a vacation with my mother. Within 6 days of the trip, my mother became incapacitated by an illness so we, regrettably, had to cancel our trip. I had paid $759.00 for my trip. Gail Hall, the owner of Mountainside Bike Tours, promised to refund me for the trip, minus the amount that Town Hill Bed & Breakfast refused to refund as well as the deposit. She owed me $477.74. She paid me $292.50. She is a ruthless business owner and should not be trusted. I am pursuing the issue with the local Better Business Bureau.
