IAD Auto - Laurel

Had a really good car-buying experience at IAD Auto in Laurel, MD with Gabby. She is helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy. She gave my husband & me plenty of time to talk things over and did not rush us to make a decision. While car buying is always a super-stressful, expensive experience for me, I felt that Gabby & the team at IAD Laurel really worked with us to make it the best experience possible. Of course there was price-haggling involved, but that is to be expected. I’ve never bought a car and not haggled over the price; it’s the nature of the beast. I think we got a fair deal on a quality car that meets our needs & lifestyle. This was my fourth experience buying a car and definitely the best. No buyer’s remorse here!

Well very good attendance from Gaby and the rest of the crew. The reason that I dont give more stars is because interested rates are so high, car prices are super high at the end of the deal you end up paying double for a used car. I my particular case. But spanish fox watch out.! Many dealers around offer me a very low interests. My particular case. I guess banks are doing a good job with the dealer not with the customers. Thx.

I worked with Paul. He was awesome. Willing to go that extra step. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process and didn’t make it feel like I was being pressured.
