I wish I could leave ZERO stars! Home Paramount cut the electricity to our garage, while installing a termite bait system, 2 weeks ago and we are still without electricity. After half a dozen calls to managers and customer service, we are no further than we were upon first discovering the issue. Lies, lies and more lies. I'm tired of excuses and being told something different everytime we call. They had no problem taking our money but now they don't want to do anything to help us. If you want the run around, call Home Paramount. If you want horrible customer service, call Home Paramount. Needless to say, we will not renew our service!
