I had a sentimental baby coat and hat with faux fur on both. I was concerned about some stains and was told that they will try their best. I was prepared to be told the stains were permanently embedded. However, the coat looks brand new and it was sent via mail to the person who gave it to my granddaughter 17 years ago. The cost was from that person's daughter who is now 23 and her daughter will wear it who is 2. Also, if this baby is a girl, it will be passed on again. Thank you soooo much.
