The information on their website advertises that they do a 12 step cleaning process on your carpet. They don't. They promised me that it would be dry in less than 3 hours but it isn't. Their 12 step process says they will do a extra strong vacuum before cleaning, then a dry extraction and grooming after cleaning, to be immediately followed by a quick drying machine. None of that happened, they just did a regular steam clean and then the tech told me to stay off it until tomorrow. When I spoke with someone in the office he claimed the 12 step process is just for area rugs, but I was looking at their website and it says carpets and is advertised on the residential carpet cleaning page. I paid a lot extra for this company because they were going to do so much more and they didn't.
Update: The manager called me and made good. I still think the advertising is off and people should know what they are getting, but my carpet is clean and they definitely cared about how I felt.
