Customer Service is awful! My daughter walked into this Giant was stared at and bumped into (by a short senior Caucasian lady in a black jacket at the Solution Center with short hair) without so much as a greeting nor apology. I walked this store three times and only two people (Irene in produce and Chris in seafood) offered to assist me. Marsha (at the front end) smiled through the glass as I walked into the door. These three folks should speak to the rest of the staff on P&P! I stood in HBC/HBA looking for items while the two associates carried on with their personal conversation. As I passed the deli, a tall Caucasian associate with a bandage on his nose BECAME "BUGEYED" AND SHOOK HIS HEAD AT ME. Causing me to walk over to the deli counter where once again NO ONE GREETED NOR OFFERED TO HELP ME. Some would say, "See the Store Manager..." I walked by the manager (Thuan) who was also too engulfed in his conversation (with an associate in frozen foods) of where he went over the weekend. I walked by him in the candy aisle, twice...nothing. Oh wait he did pause in conversation when I walked by to give me a look over his shoulder. Still no greeting and no offer to assist. NO, I wasn't conversing with someone nor talking on my phone. So I'm confused on what else would be a reason for such poor customer service... No race card being pulled because not even those of color or those married to those of color spoke... It clearly wasn't my black skin and I pray it wasn't my black attire! Would hate to pull a religion card! I expected such behavior from some but never at Giant Food! Not even the employees in Pasadena or Festival Plaza give off such disgusting behavior. Do better GIANT FOOD GAMBRILLS/CROFTON
