Bought what I was told a remanfuctured trans with about 9k miles from here the service over the phone was very friendly and courteous I won't take that away from them but now to the product had the trans installed into my 03 trailblazer ok good ran decent for first 3 weeks than it started shifting hard again as before than 1 week later the pump went out in it no gears truck can't move lost paperwork for the warranty ok completely my fault but still the trans I was sold was not a good product now after the $1200 for the trans now I have to put out another $1300 to replace pumps on what was told to me to be a 9k mile transmission not happy at all with product
