Horrible experience as company did not manage and care for my home as advertised. I'm simply at a loss. Despite at least one scheduled walk through and two additional visits to my home, manager never divulged to me that my home was destroyed. Over $10,000 in damages and money lost. Bad tenants from the beginning who I did not choose personally and an eviction should have happen after the first few months. Had I been given information about the condition of my home, I would have insisted on it! I NEVER knew about the damage. No one is stepping up to take any responsibility! Surprise!!!
