This is been the best decision I have ever made in my life. I’ve been with Forever Strong just a little over a year and the name really suits what it does to your body and mind. I’m stronger physically than I have ever been and with that comes a certain mental muscle building also. Flexibility of class schedule is very appealing, although I do stick to my 8:30am class as much as possible. I also love that there are a maximum of eight people per class.
