This is by far my favorite F21 store location. I recently moved from Virginia to Maryland and hated the Columbia store. I found the staff in Columbia to be unprofessional and rude. I am so glad that the staff at Montgomery Mall have won me over. The staff exhibited exceptional customer service. Specifically, the management (JungA Kang & Michael) have both gone above an beyond to ensure that I'm happy with my in-store experience. I never write reviews, but I absolutely had to for this location. If you're looking for your next District or Regional manager please ensure that both JungA Kang & Michael are considered. They will keep you in business :-).
