I'd like to give them a zero star rating!! Ordered flowers, balloon, and a bear. She never got the balloon or the bear. The flowers were half dead. Then trying to get a hold of these to people to get the problem resulted is a joke!! They either keep giving you a different phone number to call or saying there is nothing they can do. Sad to think they are aloud to service our military. They should be embarrassed.
