Fidelity Investments

There was no one to assist us. We were interested in mutual funds and a Roth IRA but instead of speaking to someone we were forward to their website for assistance.

This is for Fidelity overall, not just one office. I have used them for years and overall give them high marks. Most recently I had a problem getting my elderly mother's tax form and they "went the extra mile" to assist. They have low fees and good service. The only thing I wished they had done was keep their old trading platform, but technology changes. All in all I have had a very good experience over many years. Thank you, Fidelity.
