Lack of follow up on care for supplies and every year have same problem with my Medicare not being submitted thru Care Centric so the PATIENT is left handling the calls to fix the billing and paperwork issue. Never had this issue with other company. Also several times I have felt my cpap supplies are refurbished as they are kept opened bulk and handled too much since not separately packaged, sanitarily wise this concerns me.

Excellent customer service. Will go above and beyond for their patients. If they dont have it in the store, they make sure that they will order it.
