The people who represent this law firm are incompetent frauds who prey on others. From the receptionist that answers the phones and another woman Lorrie who handles the accounts for the law firm. They are rude and absolutely frustrating to deal with and have no sense of what it means to deliver customer service.
They purposely withhold information from customers in order to further the time spent on the case to increase their fees. I have been in touch with their office numerous times trying to pay the balance on my account and no one has gotten back to in in weeks. I will be making a complaint to the MD Bar Association based on my interactions with them and unlawful, unethical practice.
