I don’t know why this place has four stars, but okay. I went to this location to try it out and it was not good. The pedicure tubs are dirty all around the floor base (you can see it, caked)and the floors themselves are not clean. If you can get past that, the nail tech here did a terrible job on my nails by cutting deep into my skin (it was bleeding) and rushing through the whole process of doing my nails (pedicure and manicure the same). I even had to stop her in the middle of my pedicure bc I felt that unsafe. She continued to polish my toes and went on to my nails and rushed the whole step of the way. She got her polish all over my cuticles which caused them to lift hours after I left this location. She also soaked my fingernails in a bowl that had residue in it (which looked like skin) while doing my nails. I later saw that after soaking my nails and finishing my manicure, she rinsed out the bowl in the sink next to me and then put the bowl next to the pedicure tub (where the feet go) after rinsing it and using it on my nails. That really explained how the dead skin cells got in there. The manager was very nice and allowed me to come back the next day to redo my fingernails. The tech there didn’t want to redo my fingernails even though he told her she had to fix them. I also got two ingrown toenails on the foot that she didn’t do (the one I stopped her from doing after she cut my toe). The manager is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars. He’s a very nice man but needs to work on the cleanliness and practices of his business. This is a scary location and I will not come back to this place.
