Dad bought my daughter a bunk bed from here over 3 months ago. had to order trundle, and bed was cracked on assembly. Now have to order new bed....waiting, waiting....Over 3 months later, still no trundle. No one has a damn clue what the deal is. My dad died never seeing his granddaughter's complete bed he bought her. The cracked post still duct taped to protect the kids. And we are STILL waiting for answers...soon to be a full refund and loss of business!
