Huge location in the middle of Lanham. All the staff is courteous, professional, alert and ready to help even if "it's not their job."
The staff is also super diverse: every race and age.
Kendra at the front desk actually set an appointment for me just in case I CHOSE to use it (just asked for my name and D.O.B. over the phone) and then I showed up and it was the most seamless check-in I have ever dealt with in health care.
Walk-in X-Rays are super efficient: 20 minutes when I was there - even though you should set an appointment for other services.
Clean campus and facilities as if it was recently renovated with LG tv's, recent magazines in the waiting room and even the wheel-chairs and things they use to assist patients temporarily look like someone is on staff strictly to keep them looking new and clean.
Plenty of parking space.
Gift shop was pretty solid too.
I wish they handled everything health wise I would probably just go here for everything if I could.
