DENTAL CENTER GROUP INC

I guess the doctor had an emergency and needed to cancel so I was never seen which I understand. A restricted call came in to my phone about 2 hrs before the appt. The Message left was indeciferable as to what was being said and I'm guessing because Dr. cancelled, the office receptionist felt she didn't need to show up on time. Stood outside for almost 20 mins past what was suppose to be the office opening and my appointment time until receptionist showed up to open office. If your hours are 10-6pm...you should have staff there during those hours and phone calls being left should be by someone who can speak clearly. Very disappointed in how they conducted their communication and operation.
