I recently moved to Randallstown and thought I'd stick w CVS since that was my pharmacy back in Dundalk. Worst mistake ever. When I went to pick up my prescription I waited for almost an hour. The registers crashed and they were unable to restore the systems even after a reboot. The employees let us know this has been happening all week and when they tried contact corporate internally they were ignored. Even while I waited they were on the phone with corporate who was conveniently clueless to the store's situation. What kind of company is this? Corporate does not care about their employees or patients at all, just like Walmart. The worst part was, there were 6 -7 people behind me, one who was picking up medication for a baby! We were all given the option to transfer our prescription to route 40 or come back tomorrow. Never went back since then and never will.
