After researching public storage facilities for over a month, I initially decided on ez storage on Richie Road in Capital Heights, MD. What a mistake. The two managers were simply awful and showed no interest in trying to work with me in obtaining a storage unit with their facility. So I started researching again and decided to try CubeSmart on Beech Road in Temple Hills, MD. What a different experience. When I walked through the door I was greeted with big smiles and a genuine interest to help me. They were so, so nice to me. Before I actually visited the facility I had been in conversations with Tori who handled my paperwork. She was so helpful and pleasant. I see why they are an award winning facility. If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend them. Tell Tori I sent you!!!! TRoss
