Coop's Buns

OMG!!! A good friend introduced me to this place yesterday. I had one then and another today. Coop def has some amazing buns, and the cinnamon buns are pretty darn good as well, lol. But seriously, I love mom and pop local places that make an awesome product vs going to to chain place that just adds water and puts in a microwave. Yesterday I have the Peanut Butter bun, and today I tried the pumpkin. The PB had a big pile of icing on it....I hate when a place is afraid to pile on the icing, that’s the best part. Today I had the Pumpkin, it too had a really good amount of icing, I love pumpkin stuff in the fall, but I don’t want to it seem like I’m just eating a pumpkin. This bun had just enough of a hint of pumpkin. It was a great balance. I can’t wait to try the pepperoni rolls next.
