Coast 2 Coast Motors

My husband and I purchased a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were told that the car was in excellent condition and that his mechanic went over the car to make sure it was good. We bought the vehicle and paid cash for $6500. Well, we didn't even have the truck a full week when things started going wrong with it. It was one thing after the other. And, the warranty company he's signed up with is a joke. They were absolutely no help!! So far, my husband and I are looking at repair costs, at the minimum, $3k to 4k, providing nothing else goes wrong with it. I really hoped that the owner was honest and not one of those fast talking salesmen trying to unload a junk car to an unsuspecting customer. Well, that's just what happened to us. I'm so upset right now. I was really hoping for a positive experience as the owner seemed to be a really nice guy and we really liked him. We could have gone to a dealer and just paid for a newer car for the money we're going to be out. Now we're stuck with a truck that's in worse shape than the truck we got rid of. #lessonlearned
