They keep calling my husband, who did NOT submit any request for information, and they always call us at 9pm, twice everyday since Monday the 18th The first time my husband said wrong number please don't call. Second time the same. And so forth until tonight thursday night, again at 9pm at night when we are asleep!
Which we've told them we sleep at 9pm and not to call, And tonight the guy on the line was soooooooo rude he was yelling at Nathan saying the "Nastier you are at us the more we will call you and go ahead and call cops cause they won't do a thing we can call you all we want" my husband wasn't even being nasty, trying to nicely tell them to stop calling and the rep kept cutting him off so I said something, cause I'm not that nice or patient I must admit, and my husband hung up.
My hubs did call back about 30min later and spoke with a manager named Anthony and He pulled up the file and saw who called us last and he would take care of it, because that's not how they are suppose to treat people, and he apologized, as well as he'll have them stop calling us, so hopefully the calls stop!
Anthony was very polite and helpful!
