City of College Park

Got a ticket, because of paying for the wrong parking spot number. Called the number to explain the reason and was told that the fee will be waved for the first time as soon as I send receipt for the payment I did with my card copy. I actually live in NJ. I sent a letter with explanation and pictures showing why I paid for the next spot. However, the person in charge, Paulette Richardson, instead of waving the fee, reduced it to a balance of $10.00. So disappointed, it's only $0.75. Only way to complain is the court which doesn't worth driving for $10.00. I feel robbed:(
