Chipotle is my favorite fast food restaurant. Today my grandson found a stone the size of a black bean (he had pinto beans) in his chicken bowl. I took it to the manager telling her what ingredients were in my grandsons order. I was shocked that her response was,"it was probably in the rice. This happens frequently." No, "I'm sorry "or any concern for his teeth, which fortunately he felt the stone before biting it. The cashier I first showed it to was more concerned explaining management would have to report it. There was no indication from manager that it was anything other than a normal occurrence. I will definitely go to a different location in the future.
