Worst customer service ever! Called this company for what we thought was only a leaky faucet. However, my husband noticed that under the bottom of one of the drains, a piece was very loose. When the repairman came to fix the faucet (which was in fact leaking), my husband showed him the other piece, to which he replied-"Oh if it's not broke, then don't fix it and it doesn't look like it's leaking". Not a week later, we look under our cabinet and sure enough, there's water. It took about 5 minutes of running the sink to see a slow leak coming from-you guessed it-that drain. My husband calls back to complain, and the owner says the best he'll do is cut $30 off of the $150 rate for the first hour. THAT'S THE BEST YOU CAN DO???? Never again.

We just had our fifth job completed with Chesapeake Plumbing. We are 100% happy with their services and fee. We have never had to call them back for a problem that they have fixed. We have had at least 3 different guys from Chesapeake and all of them are prompt and courteous. You will not be sorry if you hire them to meet your plumbing needs. Thanks so much, guys.
