I really love this place for one I was just informed definitely that I am calling my doctor internist Andrea Speedy's office where I see her at for 10 years or longer and I did not know I was speaking to a triage nurse and it's not directly my doctor's nurse herself but she assist her a many things I'm sure and especially it is not her job I was informed but she is going out of her way herself as a busy professional triage nurse and handling my difficult insurance company and dealing with not just one or two pre-authorizations but several and then to top it off having to resubmit the claims several times because they deny it thinking I am not eligible for that type of medication. I like to throw out a great appreciation not only to my dr. Andrea Speedy he's been treating me with the best Professional Care Chase brexton Health Services and a shout out to the extraordinary triage nurse Jessica O. And also a wonderful medical assistant Dominique who also goes out of her way! Not only is my insurance difficult but I know that I am also a very shall I say Pita patient :-) I have a lot of medical problems that needs attention and I am receiving the most prompt and Professional Care that anyone can imagine and I give all my appreciation and feel that I'm blessed to have a wonderful doctor God has shined her care for me for over 10 years or so and a very professional lady that had went out of her way to take care of me as she was my nurse and the assistant and medical staff is also very pleasant sweet and easy to deal with. Everyone really seems to care and does show it to me I'm very appreciative, thank you and God bless you all! PS I just couldn't cut this short but I will definitely try to leave the shortest message possible and let you answer all questions if I was ever need to call again, which I know I will I'm sure :-)

I'd love to give a higher rating. I mean, they have everything: multiple locations, pharmacy services, dental services, STD testing, walk ins, medical services, and even medical case management. This should be a one-stop-shop that makes your life easier but there have been many small instances in which I was unsatisfied with them. The biggest and last issue was recently when they weren't very responsive to my calls when I was having unexplainable recurring medical issues. I called 3 times for blood work results a week after my visit and didn't receive a callback until I threatened to escalate the situation. Understand I was in pain, exhausted, feverish and had a sore throat so bad I could barely talk but they didn't seem to care at all. Not one single medical professional took the time to try to help me when I really needed it. They knew it was a struggle for me to speak and still they'd transfer me to voicemails instead of taking a message for me or putting me on hold and obtaining the information I needed. It was a horrible experience!
