I’ve seen many neurologists/neurosurgeons, other specialist, consultants etc., and without a doubt Ruwani Gunawardane, MD is one of the most understanding, professional, and caring providers I have been under the care of. She has helped match me with medications that seem to be working better than anything I have been prescribed in the past. She is extremely knowledgeable, and does not mind taking her time to go into detail to explain treatment options and procedures. She is also down to earth and sincere, it is so rare to find a provider who is genuinely willing to try and help her patients. I whole hearted recommend Ruwani Gunawardane, MD, she is brilliant, capable, and real. Her staff is friendly, competent, and attentive, and her office is also clean and welcoming.
