California Closets

I started a design for 2 closets with Melissa Taylor, Design Consultant, in mid-September 2016. She came out, she measured and worked on a design, and she set up a specific date for her manager, Emily Giebel, to look at the job. Manager never showed up or called and neither of them have followed up. After 1 month I called, explained there's been no contact, and was told she still worked there and either Melissa or Emily would call me back. I have not been contacted at all and another month has gone by. I guess California Closets doesn't need any business. I needed my job done by Dec 3rd.
