The Burley Florist

My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday and I never received them. We tried calling the florist and the number listed doesn’t accept phone calls. A man called my husband and explained he must have written down the wrong credit card number and my husband gave him the number again, the man said we would have the flowers by 5:00pm that Friday evening...still no flowers....I just don’t understand how this place stays in business if this is how it is run. Very frustrating since this was to be my birthday gift! Will be sure to tell friends never to use this place!!
