I strongly recommend using Budget Waterproofing. I had several companies out here try and convince me that my drain tile system was not working and needed to be replaced. Bill (one of the owners) said he would not say what it was without seeing behind the drywall. So after cutting open the drywall, he ran water through the system, and it worked fine. All that needed to be done was to seal some cracks in the foundation. Instead of having to spend thousands of dollars on a drain tile system that was not necessary, I needed to spend a few hundred.
