This company has wonderful people that lifted the burden on me when my wife needed care. From the first telephone interview, to their in-home needs evaluation, they were kind and understanding, and provided just the right, compassionate aide to see after her needs. Very flexible in scheduling and helpful throughout the process of her recuperation. Hopefully will never be needed again, but if that is not the case, I won't hesitate to call upon Brightstar once more.
