Absolutely piece of crap boy at the dispatch window. I stood there for 10 min with no eye contact, no acknowledgement of my presence at the window while he was typing. When I spoke and asked if im at the right place, then he said in a very rude tone, ill be with u when I can. This boy needs to be knocked down a couple before he pisses off the wrong man, it was almost me!
