Bonchon Chicken

We came to the BonChon in Waldorf with a social group of about 20 of our friends, about 2 hours before closing time. While they had half of the restaurant closed off and ready to be done, we did not even take up half of the remaining space at the open restaurant. We were very disappointed with the service and the quality for the price that we received at this location. Our friends who ordered first received their food last, our server who apparently was the only server there had trouble trying to serve our table even though we were the only people in the entire restaurant. Even though she was non-existent, we still had to be charged a gratuity percentage while all of our tables were Separate Tables. A friend was charged for three different checks even though we were all Separate Checks and none of us had even received their bill before he was charged. And the waitress knew that we were separate so there was no reason to charge our check to any card other than ours. We wish we did not have to pay a tip gratuity to the server, and we know we will never be returning to this location again. We strongly suggest that you never come to this location again either.
