Jason Ruzek was very prepared and made the new lease agreement process smooth. Jason had been in touch with me for the last month, providing summaries of available cars and answered all my end of lease questions. On Saturday, he had the car that I was interested in, brought to Bel Air, and the paperwork was very seamless. We were out of the dealership with the new car in 2 hours.
