The Bennington

We've been in the building for 2 years and have been totally satisfied. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained. Awesome location and a fantastic view from our balcony makes the Bennington perfect for us.

We have lived here for two years and are heartbroken to have to move out - this building has been amazing! The people who work here are friendly and really get to know you. Even better, the building is not interested in nickle-and-diming you - they are willing to work with residents and to be fair to them in order to keep people renewing their lease. For example, we have to move out at the end of August, but then we discovered that our move needs to be delayed by a few weeks. The building was willing to work with us, even though we'd already given notice, and let us extend our lease by just a few weeks. They also let us move in two days early, free of charge, because the apartment happened to be empty early and it made things easier for us. Just a few examples of the many ways they are willing to work with us rather than find opportunities to charge us extra money! I wish we could stay here forever.
