If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. In fact, I would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. My boyfriend and l stayed here over the summer for a mini vacation and booked it based on the cheap prices. BIG MISTAKE. They screwed up our reservation so bad and almost gave keys to our room away to other guests on TWO different occassions during our two night stay. Who knows what would have happened if they had actually given keys away to our room! We had many valuables and property in our room that was at risk of being stolen due to their mistake. A maid forced her way into our room despite the “do not disturb” sign on our door while we were showering. Then two managers come to our room to settle the reservation issue that was completely their fault. The managers were extremely rude and unapologetic. In fact, I was standing there arguing with them with nothing but a towel on and mascara running down my face as I had just gotten out of the shower. You would think that the managers would clearly realize that it was not a good time for me but no! They continued to argue with me as I stood there in my towel, fresh out of the shower. Completely unnaceptable. They were not apologetic and offered no compensation for the issues they caused us. In fact, as I was going through my transactions the day after we checked out, I saw they charged me $12 and had no idea what for!!! I called the hotel multiple times a day for almost two weeks straight and could not for the life of me get a hold of either of the managers to discuss the mysterious charge on my account. I left my name and number multiple times and no one returned my call. During one call, an employee actually hung up on me after I expressed my frustration with my experience. So unprofessional. I still to this day, almost 7 months after our stay, do not know why I was charged $12. Not to mention, the room was disgusting and about the size of a cardboard box. Mildew on the faucet, dust all over the AC unit, crumbs on the floor, and rust on the light fixtures. Please, do yourself a favor and book ANYWHERE but Bedtime Inn. Don’t let the cheap price fool you, they will give you an experience from hell. Definetly wish I would have spent the extra money for a hotel that at least understands what a “do not disturb” sign means. I do not understand how this place is still open. Avoid this place at all costs.
