Excellent experience after buying a faulty item. The staff was very helpful and understanding and made sure they corrected the problem. The lady who worked the evening shift in the coffee area 11/27/17 was especially friendly, attentive, and helpful. Excellent customer service.

The update at the Columbia location looks good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Went to Columbia Store... 11 of 13 items had no prices. Asked an employee for a price check. He coped an attitude like I was interfering with his stacking a shelf.. Went to cashier. 2 people ahead of me. 3 cashiers working. Waited 10 minutes still no movement. the 3 customers at the cashiers must have had complex purchases. No one attempted to open another register. No management to be found. I left w/o buying anything. This store has gone way down hill.
