The "referral department" here is an absolute joke. On multiple occasions I have called, left messages, and still nothing. When I finally got a response after leaving yet another voicemail, the Woman was extremely nasty, proceeded to tell me how I'm "no more important than anyone else", and actually ended the conversation by hanging up on me. If even those directing the calls are saying how "the Middlesex location never answers", I think there's a bigger problem. Now, I understand that you're dealing with people who might not be privileged enough to afford their own health care but at least have some damn decency to treat everyone like humans. Some of us are dealing with serious issues and this type of behavior is disgusting.
