Shawn is Awesome I came to Auto Giants after being disappointed at the Nissan dealership up the road. I drove pass and thought let me check out this place. Nissan refused to even show me a car due to how low my credit was. Feeling down and wondering what I would do to get a car because my car transmission went out and I didn't have any money for a down payment. I drove into Auto Giants on a prayer. As I drove in Shawn was right there ready to greet me with a smile and welcome me in. I explained my situation to him and he told me not to worry I will be putting u in a new car today and we will use your broken car as your down payment. I was very hesitant and couldn't believe it. Shawn took excellent care of me, he never made me feel bad do to my credit issues he was determined to get me the best deal possible no matter what. When it was time to sit down and hear my proposal for the car I wanted I almost cried because not only did he take my old broken car. He got me warranty, engine protection, roadside assistance, and free oil changes. I could not and still don't believe it. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2016 Chrysler 200!
