Entire experience was great from the moment we walked in to when we drove away in our new car. Elvin, the guy who explains how to use the car's features after you buy it, was the one who did our test drive. It was really helpful to experience the car with someone used to discussing all the features. Elvin also then showed us all the features after we bought the car. Probably a big reason why we chose the car we did. Jonathan, our sales guy, was then really helpful. Never felt any pressure. They say they use the one-price model (where there's no negotiating allowed). Not sure if we could have haggled, but feeling like we didn't need to have to made the experience much more zen. Speaking of zen, the showroom and lounge area are great. Quiet and relaxed, none of the frantic feeling that normally pervades car dealerships. The finance guy--I'm blanking on his name at the moment--was also great. Explained all the extra warranty options without trying to sell us on any of them. Overall it was a great experience. Definitely recommend.
