OMG!! WHAT A GREAT DEALERSHIP. I got the car of my dreams A7 and had the absolute best customer service I've experienced anywhere!! From the sales representative Vance to the sales manager Alan ending with the finance manager Dawn I could not be happier (when have you EVER enjoyed the finance experience...well today i did) and I've bought a many a car in my lifetime. **Horrible** experience today at Criswell Audi Annapolis. Brought car in on a tow - flat tire - and was the wait will be 5 hours. The tire had a wheel lock so I couldn’t get tire off, no w/l key came with used car I brought here. Okay, fine... it was Saturday morning, I understood ~5 hours. I rec’d a recall notice for airbag so I asked could I leave car for that, oil change, and tire repair, and asked for loaner. Was told no loner available. I wasn’t waiting that long so I asked for tool so I could change tire myself. Was told, we’ll see if we can get to it sooner. 3 HOURS LATER car is ready, and I see 4 loaners in parking lot with service about to close for day. Pi$$ed OFF!! New wheel lock would’ve been $40 but didn’t want to give them a single dollar after sitting here 3 hours for a tire change, when they have loaners and I still needed more repair.
