I'll give this shopping center for stars for potential. It's getting ready to it's mega be Giant Food store open on October 26. Today will be a huge draw, and hopefully bring other stores asking with it.
Currently all you have is Lowe's, Hip Hop, Dash In/Shell, FedEx and Mattress Store. Shell has good had prices so far ($2.19), Lowe's has always been good, same for Hip Hop. I can't speak for the other two.
In addition to the new Giant, there are newly built store front on both sides, a new building in front of Lowe's that is still going up and a recently closed Bob Evans.
