The are very knowledgeable and did a through job of diagnosing what was wrong with my 2002 Pathfinder-which was everything! The only thing I didn't like was their pricing for parts and labor. No way was I paying $400 JUST FOR A NISSIAN STARTER and NO that's not including the labor to put it in!
