I am still trying to figure out the purpose of making an appointment. My time is valuable also. At the point of this review I have been waiting 45 mins past my scheduled appointment. When questioned as to why the wait was so long I was informed that they get busy. Maybe you should review your appointment schedule to make sure people are seen in a timely manner instead of trying to get in as many as you can. I understand you provide a good deal but to expect people to wait as long as you do is absurd.
