Very stressful experience, he is unreliable and lacks customer service skills. He chose to do #1 project last( most labor intense) and didn't finish. He disappeared for several hours w/o any explanation. I initiated contact after 3 hrs and he said he had family emergency. Haven't heard from him since, i have unfinished project and a pile of rocks in driveway. Overall assessment - overpriced laborer, not a professional landscaper.
