I was worried about this movie theater a few years ago. It smelled bad and was in disrepair. They've done a great job of correcting many of those issues. The recliners are comfortable, but aren't in every theater. Free drink refills are a plus. Food service is slow. Customer service could be better. I've waited 5-10 minutes just to get someone's attention to report a problem; and waited longer to actually correct it. Fix the customer service issues and this place could be great.
The remodels have made the lobby look great, but that's about it. They've removed some of their cashier's spots around the stand and reduced their staff operating as well. Plus some genius decided putting in a VIP line to bypass everyone else who now has to wait because of this would also be a good idea. Instead management hides while kids are ringing people up and only one cashier was ringing the VIP customer up. Apparently they're all supposed to take a VIP in rotation, but we were there lucky ones waiting for multiple VIPs to go ahead of us. A good management team would be out front on an avengers evening helping coordinate these lines. Then after paying $18 for a "reserved" seat we went into the IMAX. One of their largest theaters and it still has the same chairs that have been here for 15 years. If you want to raise the ticket price maybe try updating your seats too like every other theater in the area. Quality has not improved here and seems to continue to drop. Will not be returning here again.
