Almadina Kabob & Karahi

I ordered chicken chargha and specifically asked how long will it take and reply was an hour I looked at the clock and said ok I will be there 5:40pm have them another 10 minutes.when I get there order wasn’t even taken I was very upset and asked them to get it done as soon as they ca the BIG AUNTY was very RUDE and said it’s not our problem.i been to that place many times it was good BUT not anymore. They can’t manage it now
